Refund Policy:
The ticket price can be refunded in person before the show starts. We will not provide refunds over the phone. You can opt for a free pass instead of a refund.

Buying tickets online

• Bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation to pick up your tickets.  You can find this in your email (check your spam folder if you don't see the email).
• There is a $1.25 service charge per ticket.
• Please arrive with enough time to pick up your ticket and find your seat before the show starts.

Buying gift cards online

• An e-mail will be sent to the recipient’s email address with a gift card code.
• Bring this code to purchase tickets and concessions.
• There is a $1.25 service charge per gift card code.
