Internet Ticket Purchase Instructions and Terms:

  1. You MUST bring the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name. ALL tickets purchased online will be dispensed at the BOX OFFICE. TICKETS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE BOX OFFICE. Expect a line during peak hours.
     
  2. There is a $1.00 service charge per ticket. This fee is charged by the internet service provider and does not convey to Cinema Arts Theatre.
     
  3. Internet ticket sales and service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
     
  4. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.
     
  5. While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theatre, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason, we strongly urge you to come to the theatre at least 15-20 minutes early during peak show times.
 - I have read and accept the above terms and I understand that once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time. I will carefully review the date and time information to ensure that I am buying the correct tickets. I will bring either the credit card I am about to use and/or the printed copy of the email I will receive summarizing the purchase.
