Internet Ticket Purchase Instructions and Terms:

1. You MUST bring the credit card used for purchase or a printed copy of the email confirmation to pick up your tickets. We can NOT look up tickets by name. ALL tickets purchased online will be dispensed at the KIOSK located to the right of the Cinema Arts Theatre boxoffice.
   
   
2. There is a $1.00 service charge per ticket. This fee is charged by the internet service provider and does not convey to Cinema Arts Theatre.
   
   
3. Internet ticket sales and service charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
   
   
4. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for a different date or show time.
   
   
5. While online purchases do guarantee a seat in the theatre, we cannot guarantee that your seats will be together. For this reason, we strongly urge you to come to the theatre at least 15-20 minutes early during peak show times.

KIOSK USE INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Go to the Kiosk and swipe your credit card (remember, it MUST be the same credit card you used to purchase the tickets online). A box will appear on the screen that says, “Redeeming Tickets.” The tickets will automatically be dispensed along with a receipt; or
   
   
2. If you elect to print your tickets off your home computer, bring the receipt with the individual transaction BAR CODE and simply place the BAR CODE against the scanner so it can read the BAR CODE. Your tickets will then be dispensed.
